Our current membership specials are pretty simple:
Payments are made monthly by automatic debit through either a checking account or credit card. After your initial term you go month to month with a 30 day written notice to cancel. To cancel your membership at the end of your intial term (as long as your account is current)- simply stop into the gym, present your membership card, and sign off on the termination request form giving your 30 day written notice. 30 days after that is your final month of membership and billing. We keep the original and you keep a copy for your records. Really simple!
We also have a moving clause asociated with the 12 and 24 month memberships- if you move further than 25 miles away from the gym you may cancel at any time during your intial term. You must provide two pieces of proof (defined as any two of the following- new lease, new drivers license, new mortgage, new state id card, new utility bill for heat or electricity, or a piece of forwarded mail from the old address to the new address by the US Postal Service with the small yellow sticker on it) and an early cancellation fee of either 10% of your remaining balance or $50- whichever is less. The month we receive these 3 items is the last month of your membership and billing. Again- really simple!
